About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will work within a cross‑functional product team, partnering closely with the Product Owner to deliver value‑driven digital solutions. You’ll support the full product lifecycle, from initial discovery through to enhancement and optimisation. The role involves translating customer needs into user stories, facilitating workshops, and using data insights to inform decisions while working across Agile delivery environments. 

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather, refine, and validate business and product requirements
• Translate customer journeys into user stories and backlog items
• Support iterative product delivery aligned with Agile ways of working
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and reduce delivery risks
• Use data insights and user research to inform product decisions

About Your Experience
You’re an emerging to intermediate Business Analyst with a strong foundation and a passion for digital delivery.

• 2+ years’ Business Analysis experience in Agile delivery environments
• Experience with requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts clearly
• Experience working with user stories, backlogs, and iterative delivery
• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical capability
