About the Role

Our public sector client are looking for an AMIS Business Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract basis. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, develop user stories within ServiceNow, and support Agile delivery for the national asset management information system. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Develop high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Support Agile ceremonies including planning and retrospectives
  • Engage stakeholders to understand processes and pain points
  • Manage and track work within ServiceNow Agile
  • Support process improvements and quality assurance activities

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
  • Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or AMIS modules strongly preferred
