I joined Absolute IT in 2021 and have been fortunate to build my career across several areas of the business. Working closely with both candidates and clients has given me a deep appreciation for the impact the right hire can have on a person’s career and an organisation’s success.

What I enjoy most about recruitment is getting to know people. Whether I’m partnering with a hiring manager to solve a talent challenge or helping a candidate navigate their next career move, I believe the best outcomes come from taking the time to understand what really matters to them.

My candidate management background means I have a strong understanding of candidate motivations, market trends, and what attracts top talent. I now use that experience to help clients make informed hiring decisions and build high-performing teams.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with friends and family, getting out and about with my dog, Maisie, or lazing around at home gaming, keeping up with sports (Especially the EPL) and watching TV. I’m a big believer in making time to switch off and recharge!
