My recruitment journey kicked off in early 2021 as a Candidate Manager with Absolute IT and the wider Accordant family. I’ve come a long way since then and had some fantastic experiences!

After spending a year in a client-facing role, I realised that my true passion lies in the candidate space. I love the challenge of finding the perfect fit for the role, and I’m a big believer that this can only be achieved by building great relationships and by taking the time to understand what our candidates are looking for – which could be anything from the technical environment to how many office dogs there are!

My time at Absolute has now led to me taking on the Lead Candidate Manager role – which sees me involved in training and development, hands-on sourcing, wider market engagement and internal coaching.

Outside of work I’m fairly laid back, with my ideal weekend day consisting of a balance of quality time with friends and family as well as some R&R in front of the TV.
