About the Role
Reporting to the Director of IT, this Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in improving business processes and ensuring systems enable efficient customer onboarding, order processing, distribution, and sales support across NZ and US operations.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver practical, scalable solutions. A strong emphasis is placed on process mapping, documentation, training, and user adoption, ensuring changes are well understood and embedded. This is a well-rounded role suited to someone who has operated across BA, change, product, or project environments, enjoys influencing stakeholders and doing core Business Analysis aswell as process adoption work acorss IT ecosystems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify and drive business process improvements across commercial operations
- Document current and future state processes using Visio or similar tools
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, and specifications
- Support system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
- Provide support across key enterprise platforms, troubleshooting issues and improving workflows
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and user support to drive adoption
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in business analysis or closely related roles within IT or systems environments
- Strong process analysis capability, including mapping and optimisation
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, and integrated system environments as an entire ecosystem
- Proven ability to deliver training and support user adoption initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows
- Background in project, product, or change environments and also highly regarded
