I have been an IT recruiter since 2020, with a journey that started in Vietnam well before I arrived in New Zealand. Before relocating, I was already working with New Zealand-based talent, which gave me early exposure to the market and a strong understanding of what clients and candidates are really looking for.

After completing my Master’s in Human Resource Management in New Zealand, I transitioned back into the workforce with a clearer focus on building meaningful, long-term connections, rather than just filling roles. I bring a mix of international perspective, local insight, and a genuinely people-first approach to every conversation. I’m known for being approachable and easy to talk to, especially for candidates who may feel unsure while navigating a new job market.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, running, and yoga, and I also love reading.
