Having worked in various roles within the New Zealand Telco industry since 2012, I decided a change was needed and joined the Absolute IT team as a Consultant in 2021. I have extensive experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies on a wide range of projects and this has given me valuable insight into the skills and attributes required to be successful in ICT. 

Moving into  IT recruitment was an easy choice, primarily because I wanted to use my skills to work with people and make a positive impact in their lives. I have always placed a high level of importance on communication and building relationships; I look forward to working hard for our clients and candidates to find solutions for all their recruitment needs. 

Outside of work I enjoy reading, listening to music and following sport – especially the Black Caps and the Warriors.
