About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help manage and support a modern enterprise technology environment.
Reporting to the Infrastructure and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the performance, security, and reliability of cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You’ll work across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Windows Server environments while supporting automation, security, and ongoing platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and optimise Microsoft Azure infrastructure
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Support Windows Server infrastructure, backups, disaster recovery, and failover processes
• Manage Intune-managed devices and Microsoft Defender security controls
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, system, and performance issues
• Implement security best practices and maintain compliance standards
• Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell and other tooling
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks
• Partner with security, operations, and development teams to deliver reliable technology services

About You
Essential Experience

• 3+ years’ experience supporting Azure cloud and enterprise infrastructure environments
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure administration
• Proven expertise across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Intune
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security and compliance best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Highly Desirable

• Microsoft Azure certifications
• AWS experience
• Infrastructure as Code experience, including Terraform
• DevOps practices and CI/CD exposure
• Git and GitHub experience
• Experience with AI agents or agentic workflows
