Agile ICT Senior Project Manager – Digital / CX

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Senior Project Manager to join a high-performing delivery team leading large-scale digital and customer experience programmes. This role will focus on delivering key enhancements across web and mobile platforms, including major app and website transformations used by millions of customers. You’ll work across multiple Agile squads, managing vendors and internal teams to drive delivery of complex, enterprise-level initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years’ project/programme management experience
• Proven delivery of large-scale digital / CX projects ($5M+)
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum / hybrid environments)
• Experience managing third-party vendors
• Background in complex enterprise environments (telco highly regarded)
