About the Role
As a Data Consultant, you’ll sit at the centre of how clients move from legacy systems onto a modern platform. You’ll lead complex data migrations end‑to‑end, working closely with clients and internal delivery teams to clean, transform, validate, and migrate data accurately. You’ll also collaborate on tooling and AI‑driven workflows to continuously improve migration speed, quality, and scalability.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end client data migrations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Clean, transform, and validate complex legacy datasets.
- Partner with implementation and customer teams to resolve data challenges.
- Build and improve internal tooling to automate and streamline migrations.
- Investigate data quality issues and feed learnings back into processes.

Skills & Experience Required
We’re looking for a practical, detail‑driven data professional with:
- 2+ years’ experience in data engineering, migrations, or similar roles.
- Strong Python and SQL skills with hands‑on ETL experience.
- Proven ability to work through complex data quality issues.
- Experience working directly with clients or non‑technical stakeholders.
- Focus on automation and interest in using AI‑assisted tooling.
- Some exposure to financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.
