About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Product, and working closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, and UX teams, you will play a key role in connecting business needs with technology solutions to support commercial outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying and analysing business and customer challenges, and translating them into practical, effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with technology teams and stakeholders to define business requirements clearly and at the right level of detail for delivery
  • Developing well-defined acceptance criteria to support efficient build and testing
  • Identifying gaps or implicit requirements and proposing appropriate scope
  • Collaborating with engineers to shape effective and practical technical solutions
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for wider audiences
  • Creating supporting documentation such as release notes and user guides
  • Working alongside the Head of Product to define scope, address technical challenges, and turn ideas into actionable work
  • Gathering, validating, and presenting data to support decisions around value and prioritisation
  • Leading UAT and demo sessions with stakeholders
  • Supporting agile ceremonies (modified Shape Up approach) where required
  • Proactively addressing dependencies and removing blockers for the Product Team

You will bring:

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within tourism, or ecommerce-led environments.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS, with familiarity in PHP and React environment
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong collaborative mindset
  • Ownership and accountability, with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A genuine interest in understanding customer problems and translating them into meaningful backlog items
  • The ability to break down complex initiatives into manageable, value-driven tasks
