About the Role

As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our client’s IT systems through the provision of Level 1 Support. You’ll oversee daily operations, monitor multiple systems, and maintain and administer our client’s Business Applications. From managing support calls to handling server administration tasks, your expertise will be key in maintaining our ICT infrastructure. Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll interact with users and contribute to their IT proficiency. This role offers an opportunity for growth within the ICT domain and a chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic organisation.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain multiple IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administer Business Applications and handle server administration tasks.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot hardware issues, and resolve user queries promptly.
  • Manage support calls according to SLAs and complete necessary IT equipment changes.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our ICT infrastructure through proactive maintenance and support.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in end-user support or computer operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory & Azure, Windows OS & M365 Office Suite.
  • Hardware troubleshooting across various devices.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management applications.
  • Qualification in Computer Studies or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications or completed training in relevant technologies.
