Our client covers all aspects of facilities maintenance and service solutions including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, network operations and electricity supply.

In this role, as a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for technical and administrative support for ICT functions across all areas of the organization. Great communication skills are pivotal to this role.

  • IT Experience – At least 2 years of commercial experience in an IT service desk role.
  • Cloud – Cloud-based enterprise identity and endpoint management solutions, particularly in executing basic user and device tasks, with a preference for Microsoft Azure AD and Intune.
  • Operating System – Microsoft Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems.
  • Networking – Proficient in basic network and client/server troubleshooting.
  • M365 – Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Preferred background in providing frontline support for critical business applications and systems such as ERP (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle), health and safety (H&S), HRIS, and employee wellbeing systems.
