Test Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Test Manager to join a major transformation programme in a 12-month fixed-term role, leading testing across a complex ERP transformation.
 
This opportunity will suit someone who has successfully delivered testing for a large-scale ERP, ERM, or SAP implementation and thrives in complex programme environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
 
You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the testing strategy, overseeing end-to-end testing activities, and ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested and ready for implementation. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners, you’ll provide leadership across the testing function and play a key role in delivering a successful programme outcome.
 
What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Test Manager delivering large-scale ERP, ERM, or SAP programmes
• Experience developing and delivering testing strategies and plans
• Strong knowledge of system integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing
• Experience leading test teams, vendors, and defect management processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong planning, reporting, and risk management capabilities
