About the role
The role of a Candidate Manager is pivotal to the success of our overall business. They help support our Consultants by ensuring the candidate journey is smooth and engaging.
 
Day-to-day you will:

• Support all IT domains across Permanent, Fixed-Term, and Contract roles
• Help design candidate attraction and engagement strategies, working with job seekers throughout the recruitment process
• Provide administration and document management support, load adverts, shortlist applicants, and put together candidate profiles
• Use specialised recruitment tools to uncover passive job seekers, and connecting with active job seekers about assignments and roles
• Facilitate interviews, meetings, testing and completing background checks
• Provide administration and document management support
• Manage and update the CRM
• Maintain relationships with active candidates

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in tech recruitment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, energetic and organised with high attention to detail
