Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about building strong client relationships, delivering outstanding candidate experiences, and driving exceptional commercial results.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in growing our business, supporting team success, and strengthening our position within the New Zealand IT market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Growing and developing a portfolio of clients and candidates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the IT sector.
• Recruiting a broad range of IT roles, consisting of permanent, contract and fixed-term positions.
• Cold and warm calling new and existing businesses to promote your recruitment services and market knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional service in line with agreed terms of business and service-level commitments.
• Consult on all facets of the IT employment industry, acting as a source of information for clients and candidates

About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or technology sector, or experience in IT sales or a business development background.
• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship management experience.
• The ability to influence and build credibility with senior decision-makers.
