About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move into ERP consulting and develop both functional and technical expertise. While previous ERP implementation experience is not required, you will bring experience working with technology in a business-facing environment and a genuine interest in understanding how systems, data, and processes work together.
Working alongside experienced consultants, you will support ERP implementation projects from discovery through to go-live, helping clients translate business requirements into practical system solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation projects, taking ownership of functional workstreams from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support
• Facilitate business process workshops, gather and analyse requirements, and translate business needs into effective ERP solution designs and system configurations
• Act as the functional specialist, partnering with technical teams to define system architecture, integrations, data flows, and solution outcomes
• Map and optimise business processes, configure system functionality, and lead testing activities to ensure solutions meet operational and business requirements
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing trusted advice and ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities
• Drive cutover planning, data readiness, user adoption, and go-live activities, serving as a key point of contact throughout implementation and transition phases

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a business-facing technology, change, process improvement, sales operations, or transformation role
• Strong understanding of how systems and data support business processes and organisational performance
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how technology works, including databases, integrations, and system architecture
• Interest in developing foundational knowledge of SQL, data models, and enterprise systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
• A logical, analytical approach with strong attention to detail and a delivery-focused mindset
