About the Role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Software Engineer to join a high-performing product development team. Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you will play a key role in designing, building and supporting software solutions across the entire product lifecycle.
This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives, including integrations with Large Language Models, while contributing to technical leadership, solution design and continuous improvement activities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery activities across assigned projects
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
- Design, develop, test and deploy software applications and integrations
- Develop and refine AI prompts and conversational experiences
- Integrate solutions with Model-as-a-Service and LLM platforms
- Monitor, analyse and optimise application performance

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience within a structured software development environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
- Experience delivering solutions from requirements gathering through to deployment and support
- Knowledge of AI technologies, conversational platforms, speech recognition or related technologies will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
