About the Role
This 9-month contract is an opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to take ownership of testing across a suite of business-critical applications. Working closely with a small, collaborative delivery team, you will lead QA initiatives while remaining actively involved in test planning, execution, automation, and continuous improvement.
You will partner with developers, business stakeholders, and a fellow Test Analyst to ensure high-quality releases across web applications, integrations, and cloud-based services. The environment is highly collaborative and offers the opportunity to leverage modern AI tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and delivery outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases across multiple products
• Lead and mentor a Test Analyst while fostering best-practice QA processes
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional and regression testing
• Utilise AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar to accelerate test planning, test design, and execution activities
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across Angular, C#, SQL Server, Azure Function Apps, and Logic Apps
• Perform exploratory, integration, system, and regression testing using tools including Reflect

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a Test Lead, Senior Test Analyst, or comparable QA leadership role
• Strong hands-on automated testing experience within modern software development environments
• Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar to improve testing practices
• Knowledge of web applications built with Angular and backend services developed in C#
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, including the ability to query data and create meaningful test scenarios
• Experience testing APIs, integrations, and cloud-hosted applications
• Exposure to Azure environments, including Function Apps and Logic Apps
• Experience using Reflect or similar automated regression testing tools
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively in a small, delivery-focused team
