Our client is a specialist ERP consulting firm looking for a consultant who understands how technology drives real business outcomes.

You don’t need prior ERP implementation experience—full training will be provided. What matters is your ability to think logically about systems, data, and processes, and your curiosity to go deeper into how technology actually works under the hood.

This role suits someone from a change management, business process, sales operations, or transformation background who is ready to step into ERP consulting and build both functional and technical depth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end ERP implementations for client organisations
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand system design, integrations, and data flows
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into structured, system-ready solutions
• Assist with process mapping, configuration support, testing, and data readiness
• Support cutover and go-live activities as part of structured delivery teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with technology in a business-facing role
• Exposure to technology-enabled environments (e.g. systems, change, process, sales ops, or transformation roles)
• Strong understanding of how systems and data support business processes
• Natural curiosity for how things work technically (e.g. databases, data structures, integrations)
• Interest in building foundational knowledge in areas like SQL, data models, and system architecture (no coding required)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to learn quickly and connect business needs with technical solutions
• A practical, delivery-focused mindset with attention to detail
