Our client is part of a national government organisation, and is responsible for the provision of healthcare services to the general population within the Wellington Region.About the Role

As a Data Support Analyst within our client’s Rectification Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their data processes. Your responsibilities will include updating employee work profiles, maintaining organisational structures, and managing payroll data to support a Holiday Act (HA) rectification programme. You’ll uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and privacy standards while working closely with our team to ensure successful programme delivery.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Review and update employee work profile hours for accurate HA calculations.
  • Maintain organisational structures to support online workflows.
  • Manage and update payroll data to ensure system output validity and accuracy.
  • Undertake other tasks crucial to the successful delivery of the HA Programme.
  • Adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality, and privacy standards.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Prior experience managing payroll data and understanding of the Holidays Act 2003.
  • Intermediate level Excel competencies.
  • Familiarity with HRMIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
