About the Company & Role

We are currently working with a leading business who has a massive Kiwi presence. The company is a Market leader in what they do and provide innovative solutions. 
Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their existing Service Desk team. Excellent communication skills are a must to be successful in this role. 

Relevant Skills

  • Service Desk – 3+ years of experience working in a Service Desk role.
  • M365 – Good experience with M365 products to include Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Active Directory – Experience with AD, GPO, etc
  • Hardware – Experience working with Hardware, RAM, Keyboard replacements, ideally HP laptops. 
  • Operating Systems – Windows, Android, iOS
  • Business Application System – Experience with frontline support of Business Application systems (ERP – SAP or similar)
