From analyzing business requirements to leading functional IT projects, your expertise will be instrumental in achieving our vision of simplifying freight management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing technical solutions aligned with business objectives, integrating diverse systems and software.
• Leading and managing systems integration projects, ensuring timely delivery within set budgets and scope.
• Overseeing customer onboarding processes, fostering clear communication and addressing any concerns.
• Mentoring and leading the Integration Analyst team, promoting a culture of innovation and skill development.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and deliver optimal technology solutions.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business Studies.
• Preferable certifications in IT Product Management, Business Analysis, Agile, and Project Management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to adapt to emerging technologies and industry best practices.
