About the role:

As Digital Manager – Development, you’ll lead a team responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and supporting a range of business-critical digital solutions.

Working closely with technology and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure projects and initiatives are delivered successfully while maintaining strong engineering practices, platform stability and application performance.

You’ll play a key role in setting priorities, managing workloads, developing team capability and driving continuous improvement across development processes and delivery frameworks.

This position offers a unique blend of leadership, technical oversight and strategic influence, making it ideal for an experienced Development Manager, Engineering Manager or Applications Leader looking for their next challenge.
