About the role:
As Digital Data & AI Manager, you’ll own the strategic direction for data, business intelligence, analytics and AI capabilities across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities, improve decision-making through data, and ensure AI initiatives deliver practical business value. You’ll also lead a high-performing team responsible for data platforms, reporting, governance and information management.
This role combines strategy, leadership, innovation and delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys operating at both an executive and operational level.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in Data, Analytics, BI or AI
• Experience developing and delivering enterprise data strategies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Knowledge of modern data platforms and reporting solutions
• A passion for innovation and emerging technologies
• Experience leading teams through change and transformation
• The ability to translate complex data concepts into business outcomes
