Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

Our public sector client are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join on contract until 18th December 2026 and lead performance reporting initiatives that provide clear insights into organisational delivery and outcomes. This role involves developing accurate reports, guiding decision-making, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance reports for organisational delivery
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
• Visualise data using tools like Power BI
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in reports
• Communicate performance insights clearly to leadership

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Expertise in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Strong technical skills in data handling and modelling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and data quality management
• Knowledge of public sector performance reporting
