Our client is a large public sector organisation undertaking a significant technology modernisation programme. The team is focused on delivering high-quality data and digital solutions that support evidence-based decision making at a national level.

About the Role
We’re looking for Full Stack Developers to help support and enhance a modern survey and data collection platform. Working within an Agile delivery team, you’ll contribute to the development of critical systems that underpin large-scale data programmes and drive improvements in data quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support backend integrations and services
  • Design, build, test, and document software solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to contribute to solution roadmaps
  • Mentor and support team members on complex development initiatives
  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation
  • Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Strong frontend JavaScript development experience
  • Proven experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core, including C#, ASP.NET, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience designing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of YAML-based build and release automation
  • Advanced SQL development skills, including complex queries and stored procedures
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services including App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and API Management
  • Experience managing and supporting SQL Server databases
  • Comfortable working in collaborative Agile environments

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within government, public sector, or other regulated environments
  • Salesforce integration experience
  • Exposure to survey or data collection platforms
