About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Change Lead to drive people, organisational, and operational change as part of an ongoing operating model transformation. This is a hands‑on contract role suited to a confident, pragmatic change leader who can step in, take ownership, and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
Working closely with the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and reporting to the Organisational Change Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping, leading, and embedding change across the business.

About the Role
This is a delivery‑focused, hands‑on role where you will lead change from the front, working directly with senior and executive stakeholders to drive alignment, clarity, and momentum.
You will be responsible for lifting organisational change capability, improving consistency and maturity across the function, and ensuring change initiatives are effectively embedded across people, processes, and operations.
While the role focuses heavily on people and organisational change, you will also need a solid understanding of technology change and digital transformation to support successful adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of change delivery across key initiatives within an evolving operating model.
  • Develop and execute practical, actionable change management roadmaps.
  • Lead hands‑on engagement with senior and executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and “straight shooter.”
  • Drive people‑focused change initiatives, ensuring teams are supported, aligned, and ready for transition.
  • Partner with business leaders to embed sustainable operational change and ways of working.
  • Uplift organisational change capability, driving consistency, structure, and maturity across the function.
  • Identify risks, impacts, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and clear communication.
  • Support the integration of digital and technology changes into business operations, ensuring adoption and value realisation.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Change Lead / Change Manager in complex organisational and operating model transformations.
  • Strong people change expertise, with the ability to drive behavioural and cultural change at scale.
  • Solid understanding of technology change and digital transformation, with a focus on business adoption.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence engaging with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the lead, cut through ambiguity, and deliver outcomes in fast‑moving environments.
  • Experience developing structured change approaches, including roadmaps, engagement strategies, and adoption plans.
  • A pragmatic, no‑nonsense approach with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust.
  • Experience uplifting change practice, frameworks, and capability within organisations (highly desirable).
