About the role:
We are seeking a highly capable Contract Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Salesforce programme. This role is critical in driving the successful implementation and optimisation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable value.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution, delivery, and handover. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, you will ensure that project outcomes meet both strategic and operational needs.
The role requires a strong balance of hands-on delivery leadership and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on managing priorities, mitigating risks, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams. You will play a key role in ensuring effective collaboration, driving decision-making, and maintaining transparency throughout the project.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment, ideal for a Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex CRM transformations and can confidently navigate both technical and business landscapes.

What we’re after:

  • Extensive Salesforce project delivery experience, including Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud, with a strong understanding of platform architecture, capabilities, and limitations
  • Proven end-to-end delivery of complex CRM programmes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Strong project management expertise, including risk, budget, and timeline management across Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technical teams
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives, including data migration, system integration, and driving user adoption/change management
  • Relevant certifications and tools expertise, such as Salesforce certifications (Admin/App Builder), PMP/PRINCE2, and experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
