About the Company
This organisation operates within the public sector and has recently delivered a Salesforce-based Commissioning Platform with vendor support. It is now transitioning to a hybrid delivery model, bringing capability in-house to improve ownership, reduce cost, and enable a more responsive, continuous improvement approach.
About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on Salesforce Developer role focused on ongoing platform enhancement and improvement. You will work closely with a Platform Lead and business stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver outcomes. The role also includes responsibility for technical design, DevOps practices, and ensuring the platform is secure, reliable, and scalable.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Deliver enhancements across a Salesforce-based Commissioning Platform
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions
- Contribute to technical design and platform engineering quality
- Support DevOps practices and CI/CD delivery processes
- Collaborate within a small, embedded delivery team
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong Salesforce development experience across declarative and Apex
- Solid Salesforce architecture and solution design capability
- Experience in agile or iterative delivery environments
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience with OmniStudio or Public Sector Solutions highly desirable
