About the Role

This is a business-facing position responsible for translating technical solutions into clear, actionable recommendations for the organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT architects, and vendors to evaluate technology options, support decision-making, and ensure effective implementation and adoption. The role also acts as the primary point of contact for key vendors, overseeing performance and coordinating delivery outcomes.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, business-focused advice on technology options including cost, risk, and operational impact
  • Translate technical proposals into practical recommendations to support decision-making
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and monitor performance
  • Support implementation, readiness, and adoption of technology solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through practical use of technology

 
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical teams and the business, with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proven experience advising business stakeholders on technology solutions
  • Strong vendor management and relationship management capability
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
  • Experience supporting technology delivery, implementation, or adoption
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
