ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Business Analyst is a senior position responsible for leading business analysis activities and supporting the successful delivery of strategic technology and business initiatives. The role which is based full time on site in Hamilton works closely with stakeholders and project teams to identify business needs, define requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure outcomes align with organisational objectives.
In addition to project delivery, the role provides leadership for the business analysis practice, mentors team members, drives process improvement, and promotes best-practice approaches to business analysis, change management, and solution design.
The position acts as a key link between business and technical teams, helping to translate complex requirements into practical, sustainable solutions that deliver measurable value.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Extensive Business Analysis Experience
  Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years working in complex enterprise environments.
• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis
  Strong ability to gather, analyse, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Business Process Improvement and Modelling
  Expertise in mapping current-state processes, designing future-state processes, and identifying opportunities for business improvement.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication
  Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Change Management Experience
  Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change, influencing stakeholders, and acting as a change agent during business transformation initiatives.
• Business Analysis Methodologies and Tools
  Strong knowledge of industry-standard business analysis practices, frameworks, and techniques, including process modelling, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and data modelling.
• Solution Design and Project Delivery Expertise
  Experience working across the project lifecycle, including business case development, solution assessment, testing, and ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and strategic goals.
