The Roles
We are currently recruiting three experienced Senior Project Managers to join a major technology transformation programme, based in Hamilton 3 days a week on-site. Each role leads a distinct strand of the programme, and successful candidates will partner closely with business and technology leaders to manage scope, governance, budget, risk, and dependencies, while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners through planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Applications & Integration
Leading complex enterprise application and integration initiatives, including large-scale ERP programmes from planning through to delivery, with experience across RFP or vendor selection processes.

Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation
Leading strategic infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives, with strong Azure delivery experience and exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, security, and technology risk.

Senior Project Manager – Modern Workplace
Leading modern workplace and end-user technology projects that enhance employee experience, collaboration, and productivity, with a focus on user adoption and business outcomes.

Skills & experience required:

• Proven Project Management experience delivering enterprise-level technology projects, ideally within large, complex organisations.
• Strong background relevant to your chosen stream – application integration and ERP, Azure cloud and identity, or modern workplace and end-user technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage across executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a complex environment.
• Track record of successfully delivering technology change initiatives from initiation through to implementation.
