About the Role
This permanent Senior Full Stack Developer position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale SaaS products with a strong emphasis on front-end development. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be focused on building modern, responsive user experiences using React and TypeScript, while also contributing to backend services built with .NET/C# and deployed within AWS cloud environments.
As a senior member of the engineering team, you will play a key role in technical decision-making, architecture discussions, mentoring developers, and promoting engineering excellence across the wider organisation.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing modern web applications using React and TypeScript
• Building and maintaining backend APIs and services using .NET and C#
• Contributing to solution architecture and technical design decisions
• Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Driving software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and platform reliability
• Mentoring developers and contributing to a collaborative engineering culture

 
Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, Senior Software Engineer, or similar senior-level engineering role
• Strong commercial experience developing front-end applications with React and TypeScript in a front end heavy full stack role
• Solid backend development experience using .NET and C#
• Experience designing and delivering scalable SaaS applications within cloud environments
• Practical experience with AWS and modern cloud-native architecture principles
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and systems architecture
• Experience building and integrating APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• AI forward engineering mindset, leading the way, not trying to catch up
