ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

Our public sector client are looking for 2x ServiceNow Developers to join on Contract for 6 months to support BAU operations during a critical transition period. These roles involve managing enhancements and BAU requests on the ServiceNow platform, working closely with stakeholders and technical leads. These positions are open to candidates working remotely from anywhere in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop on ServiceNow platform
• Manage backlog of enhancements and requests
• Support BAU operational tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery
• Work on Service Catalog/Catalog Forms
• Ensure high-quality customer experience

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• Solid background with ITSM processes
• Experience working with out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions
• Managing backlog of requests and enhancements
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a contract environment
