About the Role
Multiple positions for Senior Software Engineers to join a high-performing engineering team delivering large-scale cloud applications and next-generation intelligent software solutions.
While strong full-stack engineering capability remains at the core of this role, the organisation is particularly interested in individuals who have embraced modern AI development practices and can contribute to the design, development, and integration of AI-powered capabilities across their products.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and services
• Contribute to architecture decisions and long-term platform strategy
• Develop modern frontend and backend solutions using contemporary engineering practices
• Build and integrate APIs, event-driven services, and distributed systems
• Drive engineering excellence through testing automation, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
• Contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities, intelligent automation, and emerging technology initiatives
• Mentor engineers and help foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and developer experience

 
Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Senior Full Stack Engineer, or similar position
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web application development
• Backend development experience using technologies such as Go, TypeScript, Java, C#, or similar
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling SaaS products within cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architecture principles
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Expertise in software design, engineering best practices, and solution architecture
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing
• A proactive interest in AI-driven software development and emerging technologies
• Comfortable evaluating, piloting, and implementing new technologies that create business value

 
Highly Regarded

• Experience developing AI-powered applications within production environments
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM-enabled solutions
• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and operationalisation
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, AWS AI, or equivalent services into commercial products
• Demonstrated ability to help teams adopt AI technologies in a practical, scalable, and commercially relevant way
• Experience in high-volume payments or message queue architectures
