About the Role

Our education sector client are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join their Digital team and help bridge the gap between business and technology. You’ll work closely with two Business Analysts and a Solutions Architect (Steven), translating requirements into practical Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is a key part of configuring and developing Dynamics 365 CE moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 solutions
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify needs
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Solutions Architect
• Understand business processes and support design
• Contribute to platform configuration decisions
• Assist with CRM transformation delivery

Skills & Experience

• Dynamics 365 CE development experience
• Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to understand processes, not just build
• Experience working alongside Business Analysts
• Experience working alongside Solution Architects
