About the Company and the Role
Our client is a global provider of innovative software solutions tailored for the legal and professional services industry. Known for delivering high-quality solutions, they foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. The team values innovation, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
They are seeking a Scrum Master to work closely with the Product Manager to provide guidance, improve processes, and establish a robust scrum practice. You will facilitate weekly sprints, manage two major releases per year, and liaise with offshore clients and stakeholders.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly sprints and ensure timely delivery of major releases.
- Collaborate with offshore clients and stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor the team in Agile practices.
- Enhance existing workflows and create a structured scrum practice.
- Work closely with the Product Manager on project goals.

Skills & Experience Required OR About Your Experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Jira management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with offshore clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in legal/law firm or accountancy software is a plus.
