Senior Project Manager

• Two perm roles and One Fixed Term role based in Tauranga
• A large transformation/ integration project

We’re looking for three highly motivated Project Managers to join our clients Digital Business team and play a key role in their comprehensive technology transformation journey. One role is Fixed Term and Two roles are permanent In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading multi-discipline business change projects from concept to completion, ensuring successful project delivery and driving strategic alignment across the organisation. The Ideal candidates will have financial sector experience with large transformation projects, knowledge of Data Integration and third party integration.

What You’ll Do

• Lead key business change projects across process, technology, people, and structure
• Manage stakeholders, drive collaboration, and deliver to project requirements
• Develop and execute successful change management strategies, including communication and training plans
• Coach, mentor, and coordinate other project team members
• Champion good project management practices within the organisation
• Perform quality assurance activities, share knowledge, and actively apply lessons learned

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (10+ years) delivering complex business change in financial services (desirable)
• PMP/CBAP certification preferred
• Strong understanding and flexibility with various project management methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and conflicts effectively
