After beginning my career as a Chartered Accountant, I have been fortunate to work as a recruitment leader for a wide scope of organisations, from global to boutique agencies in both New Zealand and the UK. Throughout my time in recruitment I have worked across many industries, contract, permanent and executive search recruitment and have led the development of high performing teams.

Absolute IT brings significant value to the tech and digital sectors, especially within the wider capability of the Accordant Group. In my role as Regional Manager, I am responsible for the service delivery of recruitment solutions for our clients and candidates as well as managing the Wellington branch.

I have an immense appreciation for the critical nature of tech in business and enjoy constantly learning more about the tech sector – how it’s evolving, growing, and becoming one of New Zealand’s largest industry exports. During my career I have recruited for executive level tech positions such as the CISO, CIO and CTO for large, well known NZ organisations.

Outside of work you’ll find me socialising with friends, playing music, football, the occasional round of golf and spending time with my family.
