The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering modern digital solutions across a complex enterprise environment. Working closely with programme leaders, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners, you will be responsible for translating strategic objectives and established architectural principles into scalable, secure, and buildable solution designs.
This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership and business engagement, with a focus on enterprise applications, integrations, workflow automation, and digital platform architecture. You will provide architectural guidance across multiple initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business needs, technology standards, and long-term strategic outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, system integration, and enterprise technology platforms. They will lead solution design activities, define technology roadmaps, assess risks and dependencies, and ensure successful implementation through effective governance and collaboration with internal teams and external delivery partners.

Skills & experience required:
- Enterprise Solution Architecture Expertise – 8+ years of experience designing and delivering complex, multi-platform enterprise solutions, with strong capabilities in systems architecture, solution design, and technology roadmaps.
- Microsoft Azure Architecture & Integration – Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure services including API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure security frameworks (Entra ID, RBAC).
- Process Automation & Workflow Orchestration – Strong understanding of hyper-automation, BPMN-based workflow design, event-driven architecture, process orchestration patterns, rules engines, and enterprise automation solutions.
- Integration & Platform Design – Expertise in designing APIs, integration patterns, ServiceNow architecture, data models, component diagrams, and scalable solutions across multiple technology platforms.
- Architecture Governance & Vendor Management – Proven ability to govern technical delivery, conduct design reviews, ensure architectural compliance, manage vendors/system integrators, and maintain architecture integrity throughout project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication & Strategic Leadership – Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitate solution discussions, present architectural trade-offs, and align technology decisions with business objectives.
