About the company:
Crafting exceptional natural experiences for discerning palates worldwide, a leader in its field is dedicated to bringing the finest nature has to offer to tables everywhere. Through collaborative partnerships and a steadfast commitment to pioneering practices, the focus remains on delivering unparalleled quality from the source to the consumer.

The Role:
The Change Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting suppliers and stakeholders through a large-scale, global transformation programme. This role is focused on ensuring successful business adoption by identifying and managing people impacts, driving effective communication and engagement, and supporting stakeholders through all phases of change.
Working closely with programme leaders and business stakeholders, you will develop fit-for-purpose change deliverables aligned to the programme framework, ensuring adoption needs are clearly understood and supported. You will lead stakeholder identification, define key messaging, and execute engagement strategies to build alignment, confidence, and readiness.
A strong focus of the role will be relationship building—partnering with suppliers and internal teams to assess impacts, risks, and readiness, while fostering collaboration and minimising disruption. You will coordinate participation in key activities including training, testing, cutover, and early-life support, ensuring a smooth transition into new ways of working.
Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing adoption activities, enhancing change effectiveness, and promoting a positive and well-supported change experience across the programme.

  • Strong background in managing change across systems, processes, and technology-driven initiatives
  • Experience leading communication and stakeholder engagement strategies in complex environments
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business readiness, adoption, training, and deployment activities
  • Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR); certification preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts, risks, and stakeholder needs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support work across different time zones or outside standard hours if required
  • Experience working with suppliers or external stakeholders is advantageous
  • An openness to using AI tools to enhance productivity, generate insights, and continuously improve delivery
