They are now seeking an experienced Finance Systems and Digital Transformation Manager to lead the optimisation and transformation of core finance systems and reporting capabilities across the business.

About the role

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping how finance systems enable the wider business. Sitting between finance leadership, technology partners, and global stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring financial platforms are fit for purpose today while laying the groundwork for future growth.

This role is focused on redesigning how finance work is done, reducing reliance on manual workarounds, improving data reliability, and embedding smarter, more automated ways of working. You will guide priorities, influence design decisions, and see initiatives through from concept to adoption.

A key aspect of the role involves aligning global platform standards with local operational realities, ensuring solutions are both compliant and practical.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the performance, enhancement, and stability of core finance platforms, including ERP and financial planning/reporting tools
• Define a forward‑looking roadmap for finance technology, balancing operational needs with longer‑term transformation goals
• Replace spreadsheet‑heavy activities with controlled, system‑based solutions that improve efficiency and transparency
• Work alongside finance leaders and business users to clarify requirements, assess options, and support testing and rollout activities
• Lead delivery of system and process change initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and benefits
• Act as a central point of coordination between local teams and global technology or finance counterparts
• Support change adoption through clear communication, engagement, and practical training

Key Requirements

• A background within finance, finance systems, or enterprise applications, with experience delivering system or process change
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS and Hyperion, or comparable large‑scale finance platforms
• Demonstrated success improving business processes through automation, simplification, and better use of data
• The ability to operate confidently in complex stakeholder environments, including global matrix structures
• A practical, delivery‑focused mindset combined with strong communication and influencing skills
• Additional language capability (such as Mandarin) would be beneficial but is not essential
