ABOUT THE ROLE

Enterprise Business Analyst
This role focuses on supporting enterprise‑level transformation by translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll partner with business units to understand objectives, gather and document strong business requirements, and provide insights that support organisation‑wide change. You will facilitate stakeholder sessions, deliver key BA documentation including user stories and requirements specifications, and help ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in medium–large or enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience in business process improvement, process modelling (e.g., BPMN), and workflow optimisation.
  • Exposure to or certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above highly advantageous).
  • Proven ability to gather and analyse strong business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments (desirable).
