Reporting Analyst – SAP

We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst who can turn complex data into meaningful insights and help drive better business decisions through effective reporting and analytics.

This is a fixed-term opportunity through to 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension. Working within a large transformation programme, you’ll partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions that provide visibility of performance, progress, and business outcomes. Leveraging your experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), you’ll develop dashboards, reports, and insights that support both operational and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Gather and understand reporting requirements from business stakeholders
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visual insights using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Define and validate KPIs, metrics, and performance measures
• Support testing, user feedback, and report deployment
• Ensure reporting is accurate, reliable, and aligned with business needs
• Maintain reporting documentation and standards
• Provide guidance and training to end users
• Deliver reporting that supports programme performance and benefits tracking

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles
• Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and resolve inconsistencies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both business and technical teams
• Experience supporting testing, business validation, and user adoption activities

Nice to Have

• Experience in HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, or similar environments
• Experience working on large transformation or change programmes
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices
• Experience supporting self-service reporting environments
• Knowledge of benefits realisation or programme performance reporting
