Join a major Payroll Transformation Programme focused on payroll system enhancements, pay cycle changes, and Holidays Act compliance remediation.

Working closely with the Payroll Test Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and executing test cases, managing defects, supporting UAT, and ensuring payroll outcomes are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose. This role requires strong payroll knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on testing experience.

Key Requirements

• Experience working with payroll systems in a testing, QA, or payroll operations role
• Hands-on PayGlobal experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of the New Zealand Holidays Act 2003
• Experience creating and executing structured test cases and test scripts
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar defect/test management tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

• Payroll transformation or Holidays Act remediation experience
• Enterprise system implementation experience
• Exposure to HRIS and payroll integrations
