About the Role

Our public sector client is looking for mutiple Lead Java Developers to join their dynamic teams working on core systems that manage essential operational activities. These roles involve designing, developing, and leading technical initiatives for enterprise-scale applications, with opportunities to work across backend, full-stack, and mobile environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership within Agile teams
• Design and develop enterprise applications and services
• Lead solution design and architectural decisions
• Mentor developers and promote best practices
• Develop microservices and APIs
• Support CI/CD, automation, and troubleshooting

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Proven leadership in Agile delivery environments
• Strong understanding of microservices and APIs
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• React and TypeScript experience preferred
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
