About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer L1 to join our client and provide exceptional technical support to end-users. This role is critical in ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering high-quality customer service.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Provide first-line Service Desk support, responding to user enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Manage user account administration, including the creation, modification, and removal of accounts in line with security procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Service Desk calls, delivering professional and customer-focused support.
  • Monitor and triage Help Desk tickets, ensuring incidents and service requests are prioritised and assigned appropriately.
  • Perform general Level 1 technical support activities, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records and escalate complex issues to relevant support teams while ensuring timely resolution and communication.
