The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a financial planning and budgeting system within a complex business environment. This project will run from late July 2026 through to April 2027 and requires someone with proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central implementations, along with a strong understanding of finance processes.
The role will involve managing project governance, preparing SteerCo reporting, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring delivery is aligned with timelines and business objectives. The successful candidate will be confident working within structured governance frameworks and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 2–3 days per week.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering system implementations, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting SteerCo (Steering Committee) packs for senior stakeholders
  • Strong project governance knowledge with the ability to operate within structured frameworks
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes
  • Solid understanding of finance processes, particularly in budgeting or financial planning environments
  • Exposure to Solvel (or similar budgeting tools) is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage
