About the Company & Role

Our client is a leading ERP provider, delivering implementation and support services across New Zealand. Serving businesses from small teams to 700+ users, they use innovative technology to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and drive growth.

They are seeking an ERP Consultant to play a key role in managing client requirements, implementations, conducting seamless application testing, and providing ongoing support. This client-facing position requires excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions. You will also create detailed technical specifications to support system enhancements and customizations. 

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop detailed functional documentation.
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure client needs are accurately implemented and met.
• Provide phone and email-based support, resolving inquiries and application issues.
• Manage support requests for existing clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Follow established processes to onboard new clients, including training, data conversion, documentation, and project management.
• Estimate and manage project costs for both new implementations and ongoing client support.

What you’ll need:

• Solid experience with ERP implementations.
• Skilled in supporting business applications, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance.
• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into solutions.
• Ability to write clear technical specifications for customizations and enhancements.
• Team-oriented with a flexible, hands-on approach in small team environments.
