The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Network Engineer to join a high-performing team. The role will see you working across enterprise networking, ISP support, and project delivery, while providing outstanding customer service to a wide range of clients. You’ll have the chance to work with the latest technologies, take ownership of client environments, and contribute to building secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, monitor, and design enterprise networks and equipment.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability.
• Manage firewalls, enforce security policies, and strengthen network resilience.
• Provide WAN and internet support in collaboration with the ISP team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Assist with project delivery, ensuring scope, time, and budget requirements are met.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and maintain relevant certifications.
• Provide after-hours support as part of a roster rotation.

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in an MSP or ICT solutions environment
• Experience with enterprise networking – installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with WAN, internet services, and ISP environments.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage client relationships.
• Experience with project delivery in a technical capacity.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent) are advantageous.
